FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Nope. But, we do offer some discounts with bundling services and multiple pets.... And if your pet absolutely needs help, but you cannot afford much, it never hurts to ask nicely how we may be able to help your pet... Additionally, Telehealth appointments are available at a lower cost than in home visits, and some medications are available after video appointments. Click on the TELEHEALTH tab to see more.
DO YOU OFFER PET INSURANCE?
If you have insurance on your pets, you will independently make claims to your company after our appointment is complete. We do not bill or contact pet insurance companies.
DO YOU TREAT EXOTIC or FARM ANIMALS?
While dogs and cats are the MAIN focus, we do have experience with: Rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and maybe a few others. However, this would be on a case-by-case basis... We are NOT equipped to examine, diagnose, or treat birds or farm animals (horses, cows, goats, sheep, pigs, etc.) at this time.
DO YOU TAKE EMERGENCIES?
While we can provide certain services for some "urgent" needs, true emergencies need to be seen at a full-service or ER vet clinic for diagnostics and treatments.
We do NOT have the capability to perform surgeries, hospitalize patients, do radiographs/ultrasound, or in-house bloodwork. If your pet has an EMERGENCY medical need, you will need to contact a local clinic or ER clinic.
